Carine Botha has lived in Bloemfontein since childhood.  She matriculated from Jim Fouché High School in 2005 with art as a subject. The studied B.Com Marketing Management at the University of the Free State.  After her studies she studied Graphic Design and Photography at Planet Pixi. 

Currently she owns her own photography company, Meraci Photography.
